The family decided a Granny Annexe was the perfect choice for them, because it meant their Mother could live comfortably and independently within their garden, and be just 12 metres away from the main house. The L-shape Granny Annexe is 9m x 4.5m and 3.40m high, which houses a large kitchen and dining room, plus a separate lounge, bathroom and bedroom.

The Granny Annexe has a large pitched roof with Centurion roof tiles and black guttering, complete with 2 Velux windows in the lounge area, letting in lots of natural light. The bathroom has a modern white, fitted suite with a large fitted shower, heated towel rail and a frosted top hung window.

The kitchen area is fitted with cream contemporary units, which included an integrated oven and hob, with a black stone laminate work top. Large wardrobes line the bedroom wall for lots of extra storage.
